Another hot one today and our last full day in the Lake District. A shorter day today – we were in the pub by 3pm!! 12.58k with a 592m ascent and a 516m descent. We stopped at Grisedale Tarn for a feet dip – was too rocky and shallow at the edge to risk walking in and swimming. We are looking after our feet! Tomorrow will be a tough day with bad weather on the way, a steep climb and descent and nearly 26k in length. Early night tonight :-).

Rasha still not able to walk 🙁 The holiday company are providing free transport for her between hotels and she met a ‘fellow feet sufferer’ today.
