That was a hot one!! Took nearly 6 and a half hours to walk 12.77k. Combination of heat and a 575m ascent and 577m descent. Was much cooler at the top. Today was also more of a scramble than a walk and at one point a climb. Huge well done to Nik today who had to overcome a serious fear of heights to make it up one particularly nasty bit.

Rasha had the day off – was no way she was walking on those feet. Hoping she will be back in action by Thursday. The hotel we are at today has a lovely garden so Rasha had a relaxing day in the sun 🙂
